IT you stop thinking about, and a team that picks up.
Helpdesk, endpoint management and vCIO strategy from engineers who already know your stack, not a queue that starts from scratch every time you call.
Most organizations don't need more tickets closed. They need fewer tickets opened. We handle the day-to-day work: patching, monitoring, onboarding, the laptop that won't hold a connection. We also track the patterns underneath, so the same problem stops coming back every month.
You get named engineers who learn your environment, documentation written as we go so nothing important lives only in one person's head, and quarterly reviews where we tell you plainly what we'd fix next and what it costs. When you call, someone who already knows your network answers.
It also gets you enterprise-grade tooling: monitoring, identity management, backup verification and patch automation, at a fraction of what it would cost to stand up and staff on your own. That's the practical version of enterprise capability without enterprise headcount.
What “we take IT personally” means
Every provider says they care about service. Here is what ours looks like. Your staff reach a named engineer who has seen your environment before. We document as we go, so the answer does not leave when a person does.
And a ticket isn't closed because a system came back up. It's closed when the person who reported it tells us it's working. That's the whole standard, and it's the one thing we won't flex on.
Let our vCIO provide the strategy
Plenty of IT budgets get written the week before they're due, from last year's numbers plus a guess. A vCIO engagement replaces that with a plan you can defend to a board, a council or a superintendent, and revisit every quarter.
- 01 Budget
- 02 Life cycle
- 03 Replacement plan
- 04 Alignment
- 05 Procurement
Budget for the year, not the invoice
We start from what you're spending: licenses, hardware, carrier services, the renewals nobody is tracking. From there we build a budget that covers current operations and what's coming. You see the whole number before you're asked to approve part of it.
Review the life cycle
Every asset gets an age and a status. We look for switches running past end of support, servers out of warranty, and software versions blocking a security control you need. The point is to find what is limiting you while it is still a planning problem and not yet an outage.
Set a replacement plan
Replacement gets scheduled against your budget cycle instead of your outage history. You stop buying hardware at emergency prices, and staff stop building workarounds for equipment that should have been retired two years ago.
Align technology to the goals
You tell us what the organization is trying to do over the next couple of years. We identify the gaps between here and there, and say plainly which ones are worth spending on and which are noise.
Procure without guesswork
We help you select tools that fit what you need now and still fit after you grow. Long-standing relationships across Microsoft, Google, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer and Samsung mean specification and sourcing happen in the same conversation.
The point isn't the document. It's that when someone asks why a line item exists, you have the answer ready.
