About TeamDNS

Twenty-five years of being the people who answer.

Dynamic Network Solutions puts in and looks after the technology that school districts, government agencies, nonprofits and businesses run on.

DNS started out doing the work nobody else wanted to be responsible for end to end. The cabling in the walls, the switches it lands on, the phones on the desks and the machines in front of staff, all from one number to call. Twenty-five years later that is still what the company does. There is just more of it.

What that buys you matters when something breaks. You are not calling three vendors who each say it is one of the others. The people who pulled the cable are the people who configured the switch, and they are the same people who pick up when the phone system goes down on a Monday morning.

Most of the organizations we work for are ones where technology is not the point. A district exists to teach, an agency to serve residents, a nonprofit to do its program work. Nobody there set out to become an expert in switch firmware or retention policy, and our job is to make sure they never have to.

Most of what we do is remote, and remote does not care where you are. For the work that needs hands on site, we deliver through a nationwide network of teams, so a client in another state gets the same standard of work without a long drive attached to it. The ticket stays with the engineer here who knows your building, and you call the same number either way.

Our mission

Helping people through technology.

Four words, and the company is arranged around them. Not the technology first and the people second.

How we work

What we are held to

Every managed services company says it is responsive and consultative. These are the versions of that with something specific attached, so you can tell whether we are doing them.

01

Somebody who can help picks up

Not a queue position and not a ticket number emailed back at you. The engineer who answers has seen your site, knows what is in your closet and can usually start on it during the call. That is only possible because we stay small enough for people to know your building.

02

We tell you what you do not need

The easiest sale in this industry is more of everything. We would rather keep the relationship, so a fair amount of what we recommend costs nothing: a step removed, a setting changed, a license you are paying for and not using. If software is not the answer we will say so.

03

One number covers all of it

Cabling, network, phones, cameras, access control, AV, paging, cloud and the helpdesk. Nine service lines under one contract, which means no part of the system that nobody is responsible for, and nobody to blame but us.

Let's talk about what's not working.

A 20-minute call with a consultant. No sales script.
