What this website collects, and what it does not.
Short, because there is not much to describe. This site has no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies of ours.

Who this covers
This policy is for Dynamic Network Solutions, 6110 Frost Place, Suite 105, Laurel, MD 20707, and it covers this website only.
It does not cover the technology services we deliver to clients. Data we handle inside a client's systems under a managed services agreement is governed by that agreement, not by this page. If you are a client asking about your own data, your contract is the document you want.
What we collect
If you fill in the contact form: your name, your organization, your email address, and your message. A phone number and a sector if you choose to give them.
The form also submits two fields you cannot see, and neither is about you. One is an empty field that only an automated script would fill in. The other is the time the page loaded, so we can tell that a form completed in under three seconds was not completed by a person. Both exist to keep spam out of our inbox and both are discarded.
Automatically, like every website: our host records standard request data, including your IP address, the page you asked for, your browser's user agent and the time. That is server logging, and it is what lets anyone run a website and defend it from abuse.
What we do not do
No analytics. Not Google Analytics, not any other product. We do not measure which pages you visit or how long you stay.
No advertising or tracking cookies, no pixels, no remarketing, no social media trackers. Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page here does not tell Google that you did.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. There is no arrangement under which anyone pays us for it.
Cookies
We set none of our own.
Our host, Cloudflare, may set cookies necessary for security and to keep the site working, including when the contact form checks that you are not a bot. Those are not used to build a profile of you or to follow you elsewhere.
Who else touches it
Three companies, each doing one job:
Cloudflare hosts the site, serves it and runs the bot check on the contact form. Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox as email. ConnectWise is the system where we keep records of enquiries and client relationships, and your submission is entered there after it reaches us.
Each of them handles the data to provide that service to us and for nothing else. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, which is a sentence every policy has and one we have never had to use.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our records for as long as we are in contact about them, and afterwards as part of our business records. Server logs are short lived and are kept by our host on their schedule.
If you would rather we did not keep yours, ask and we will remove it.
Asking us about your data
Email support@dnsolutions.com or call 833-DNS-ONIT and tell us what you want. That includes a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion.
Depending on where you live you may have a legal right to those things. We would rather just do it than work out whether we are obliged to, so ask either way and we will not put you through a process.
Children
This site is aimed at organizations and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.
We do work extensively with school districts. Student data in those engagements lives in the district's systems under our agreement with the district, and never passes through this website.
Changes
If this changes we will update the date at the top. We will not broaden it and hope you do not reread it.
