Procurement rules we already know.

State, county and municipal technology delivered by a vendor who has read the solicitation before asking you to explain it.

Public sector work is not harder than commercial work, it is just less forgiving about process. There is a way things have to be bought, a record of how they were bought, and a person who will be asked about it later. A vendor who treats that as friction creates work for you every single time.

We have been through it enough to be useful and not expensive. Quotes come back in the format the solicitation asks for. Insurance certificates and W-9s arrive before somebody has to ask for them. Line items match the line items in the request, which sounds trivial until you have had to reconcile a bid that did not.

The work itself spans the same nine service lines as everywhere else, with more of it in the physical world. Municipal buildings, public safety facilities, elevator emergency phones moving off the copper lines carriers are retiring, cameras and access control in public spaces where retention and access rules matter.

Retention is a technology decision before it is a policy one

Public bodies get records requests, and the answer is shaped by choices made long before the request arrives. How long camera footage is kept, whether call recordings are searchable, what happens to a mailbox when somebody leaves, whether a backup can produce a single file without restoring a whole server.

Those are storage and configuration decisions, and they are cheap to get right at install and expensive to fix afterwards. We ask what your retention schedule says at the design stage, before sizing a system and changing the policy afterwards to match.

How we work with you

What makes the process easier

Most of the pain in public sector delivery is administrative, not technical. We handle it.

01

Quotes that match the request

Same line items, same order, same units, with part numbers that survive a technical review. It costs us an hour and saves you a round of clarification questions.

02

Paperwork before it is asked for

Insurance certificates, W-9, references and any registrations you require, sent with the bid. Nothing about our file should hold up your timeline.

03

One vendor across the trades

Network, cabling, cameras, access and paging under one contract means one set of documents, one point of accountability and no part of the scope that nobody is responsible for.

Let's talk about what's not working.
