Enterprise capability without the enterprise cost.
For organizations growing faster than the technology underneath them, where the person who has been handling IT has another job title.
There is a size where the arrangement stops working. One person who is good with computers has been holding it together alongside their actual role, and now there are sixty staff, three locations and a cyber insurance renewal asking questions nobody can answer. Hiring a full IT department is a long way from where you are. Doing nothing has started costing real money.
That is the gap we sit in. You get the coverage of a department, a helpdesk, monitoring, patching, backups, a security stack and someone doing the planning, for less than one senior hire, and you get it without recruiting for a role you cannot yet describe.
The other half is the physical side. Businesses grow into new suites, take over the floor above, open a second site. Cabling, wireless, phones, cameras and door access are the same project on the same schedule, run by the same people who support the network afterwards, which means the move happens over a weekend instead of over a month.
The renewal that starts the conversation
More businesses come to us through a cyber insurance renewal than through an outage. The questionnaire asks whether you have multi-factor authentication everywhere, whether backups are tested, whether you have logging and how long you keep it, and somebody realises they cannot honestly tick the boxes.
That is a good moment to fix things, because the questions are a reasonable security baseline written by people who pay out when it goes wrong. We work through them with you, close the gaps that are real, and give you the documentation the underwriter wants.
Three moments worth a conversation
None of these are emergencies. All of them are cheaper to handle before they become one.
The person holding it together is leaving
Everything they know is undocumented, and you find out what they were carrying about a week after they go. We would rather map it while they are still there to ask.
You are signing a new lease
The cheapest time to run cabling, put in wireless and place cameras is before anybody moves in. The most expensive is after the furniture arrives.
Something already happened
A phishing email that worked, a laptop that walked, a ransom note. We take these calls. Bring us in even if you think you have handled it, because the second visit is usually the expensive one.
Every service line, available to business clients
The sector changes what gets prioritised and how it is bought. It does not change what we are able to put in.
Let's talk about what's not working.
A 20-minute call with a consultant. No sales script.
